No—driving with a faulty water pump will cause catastrophic engine damage within minutes. Without coolant circulation, your 3.6L Pentastar or 4.0L AMC I6 will overheat rapidly, warping the cylinder head or cracking the block. Have it towed to avoid a R30,000+ engine rebuild.
