All engines are photographed and inspected before dispatch, and signed for on collection by the freight carrier. If damage occurs in transit, you must refuse the delivery or note the damage on the waybill — this protects your claim. If the engine itself is faulty on fitment, contact us within the warranty period with a qualified mechanic's report and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
